Refund Policy

Every new TagitHQ account gets 10 free scans with no credit card required. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account profile. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

• Monthly plans — when you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again.
• Annual plans — when you cancel, your paid features stay active for the remainder of the year you already paid for.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within your first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund. This matches Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

Beyond the initial 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a pro-rated basis. The following situations are always eligible regardless of timing:

• Duplicate or accidental charges — we'll fully refund duplicate or clearly-accidental charges regardless of when they occurred.
• Extended outage or defect — if TagitHQ is broken in a way that prevents you from using the plan you paid for, we'll issue a prorated credit or refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Scan-credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused, purchased credits within the 30-day money-back window are eligible for a full refund on request.

Email support@tagithq.com from the address on your TagitHQ account with a short note about which charge you'd like refunded. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds the same day we review them.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of TagitHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
