By using TagIt, you agree to these terms.

TagIt provides AI-powered item pricing, marketplace listings, and auction services.

• You must be 18+ to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

• Sellers must accurately describe items
• Buyers must pay for won auctions
• TagIt charges a 5% marketplace fee (2.5% for Scale tier)
• Auction credits are non-refundable except where required by law

• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Illegal items
• Items that violate platform policies

• Marketplace fee: 5% (2.5% for Scale tier)
• Credit bundles: prices as listed at time of purchase
• Done-For-You service: $10–$30 per item based on value

TagIt provides pricing estimates based on available market data. Actual sale prices may vary. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.

We will notify users of material changes via email.
